Order Processing and Shipping Times?
We typically process orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes an additional 3–5 business days within the U.S. Please note that during periods of high demand, processing or shipping times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Are there any shipping costs involved?
No all orders across the US have free shipping.
How can I return my damaged product?
If your product arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the item and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a refund, whichever you prefer. Just reach out to our support team at info@toponegrind.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to keep things moving, so changes or cancellations are unfortunately not possible as your order may have already been processed.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We encourage you to double-check our size guide before ordering. However, if you ordered the wrong size we unfortunately do not accept returns for the incorrect size of an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods to make checkout smooth and secure.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your grind gear every step of the way.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, first check your tracking info. Still stuck? Reach out to us and we’ll look into it immediately.
